The return will be shared by all parties based on the involvement and performance of the asset.

A private loan or a syndication might be the right option for you.
In a real estate syndication, a group of investors (General Partners & Limited Partners) pool capital to invest in a large multi-family property. The HausHacks Real Estate team, as a general partner, will actively source, acquire, manage and stabilize the asset, while the limited partner enjoys a monthly/quarterly preferred return as well as a equity share of the profit at the sale of the property.
Unlike the joint venture partnership, the limited partner in the syndication does not have any active involvement in the day to day operations of managing and stabilizing the asset.
