As former Financial Analyst by trade. Christoph has extensive experience in analyzing financials, budgeting and recognizing financial trends of a portfolio. Christoph and his wife have build a personal portfolio of over 50 units in SC and NC that consists of single family and multifamily rentals, vacation rentals and mobile home parks.

Currently, Christoph is the Asset Manager for not just his own portfolio but also the portfolio of Open Door Capital, a multifamily investment firm with over 10,000 Mobile Home and Self Storage units across the United States.
